The Follow-Up & Retention Systems Department of RCCG The Lord’s Ambassadors is dedicated to ensuring that every soul that comes into the church is warmly received, intentionally nurtured, and fully integrated into the church family. We believe that every visitor matters, and every member deserves care, connection, and spiritual growth.

 

Our Mission

To establish effective systems that connect, engage, and retain members by fostering meaningful relationships and guiding them on their spiritual journey.

 

 
What We Do

We provide structured and consistent engagement through:

 

  • Welcoming and following up with first-time guests and new converts
  • Maintaining accurate visitor and membership records
  • Reaching out through calls, messages, and visits to ensure continuous engagement
  • Connecting new members to appropriate departments and service units
  • Monitoring attendance and identifying members who may need encouragement or support
  • Coordinating assimilation processes to help individuals feel at home
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure holistic member care
