Account Department

The Accounts Department of RCCG The Lord’s Ambassadors is responsible for the effective management, monitoring, and reporting of the church’s financial resources. As faithful stewards of God’s provisions, we are committed to ensuring transparency, accountability, and accuracy in all financial matters.

We recognize that every resource entrusted to the church is for the advancement of God’s Kingdom, and we handle them with utmost integrity and diligence.

What We Do

Our department offers a variety of programs designed to meet the spiritual and developmental needs of children:

1. Financial Record Keeping

  • Maintaining accurate records of all income and expenditures
  • Documenting tithes, offerings, donations, and special contributions
  • Ensuring proper filing and organization of financial data

2. Budgeting & Financial Planning

  • Preparing budgets for church programs and departments
  • Monitoring expenses to ensure alignment with approved budgets
  • Advising leadership on financial planning and sustainability

3. Reporting & Accountability

  • Preparing periodic financial reports
  • Ensuring transparency in all financial activities
  • Supporting audits and internal reviews

4. Fund Management

  • Safeguarding church funds and ensuring proper utilization
  • Managing disbursements for approved church activities
  • Overseeing financial transactions with accuracy and diligence
